Why I want to help you.
Because I know that choosing the healthy option is not always the most attractive choice. Humans are designed to desire instant gratification so it goes against our instincts to consistently choose the sensible 'healthy' behaviour when the alternative is more appealing and involves less effort.
I work as a health coach because I love working with clients who have found the courage to take the challenging path and get curious about their relationship with their body, mind and behaviours. I love working with people like you to find easier, more satisfying and more enjoyable ways to create healthy habits that will optimise your health and give you the vitality and freedom to live the life you desire.
